Review summary

Be careful about what you apend on board. Spent 12000 on Art and found that they had put over 22000 on hold. DOUBLE WHAT I OWED took me a while week unable to pay my bills. They got their money but I still could not use the credit card... ALL I GOT WAS A LAME APOLOGY... NEVER USE R ROYAL CARIBBEAN AGAIN.

Please be aware that the people who run the Art Auctions are NOT Royal Caribbean employees but a private company. They also run Art Auctions on other cruise lines as we purchased some art on a Princess Cruise in 2009.

Just another add on, the "art" is handled by a different company, not RC, and why would any anyone with all their faculties intact spend $12000 on mass produced ship art

You had to wait a week, got the funds adjusted and you are still complaining? Also, what did you expect besides an apology? People do make mistakes, even you do ($12000 for art).

You are spending $12,000 on art and couldn't pay your bills for a week? I'd switch credit cards or get a 2nd card.

That one is even posted on the gas pump. I think your issue is with the credit card company not with RCL
