Review summary

Just finished a great 8 day cruise of Southern Australia. All went well except final day disembarking from the middle of Sydney Harbour due to Ovation of the Seas commandeering our dock. The 3 stars are not for that, just think that the ship is looking tired & could do with a spruce up internally.

We were on Radiance in September of 2016. It was a beautiful ship but work needs to be done on the beds as in maybe new mattresses. Mine had a hollow in the middle. We told them and all they did was flip the mattress but all this did was put the bad mattress on my husband's side. After again telling them they filled the hollow with blankets lol. It was ok. We spent 18 nights on Radiance.

Not to sound harsh but I went on Radiance in January last year and again on this cruise on the 20th... I could not tell where any refit had taken place. Saying that though, Radiance is a beautiful ship.
