Review summary

The itinerary was perfect, a good blend of at sea cruising and port stops. The time was sufficient in each port and a wide variety of tours. We took several of the tours offered and everyone of them was great. The Whale Watch tour in Juneau was awesome. The ship is older but kept very clean, the only complaint that I would have is the Solarium could have used a little more oversight when the family hours were over so that it would have been adults only as intended. The same with the hot tub rules were not followed, although this was minor. The entertainment was good and the entertainers even frequently the bar area's of the ship and did impromptu shows. The departure off the ship was organized and worked well. I can say the same about the embarkation as well. The service was good in the restaurants and the food variety was great. The food quality itself although not spectacular it was okay.

Food and Dining

All beef meals we found to be of poor quality. We had a never ending supply of salmon which was very good. The meals were adequate but not spectacular like other RCCL ships that we have grown accustomed to.
