Review summary

Below average compared to previous RC cruise. Customer Assistance crew was surly and unhelpful; entertainment was subpar except for one show cabin was not clean and was not serviced correctly.

Main dining room food was only average; buffet was at least as good and you did not get scowed at by host/hostes for not arriving exactly at seating time. We waited for rush to settle but host/ess did not like that. Stated we should have chose \"my time dining\". Buffet had better choice and variety and service!

Only one show worth seeing; lounge acts were amateurist

Cabin was dirty and dusty upon checkin. Attendant was invisible entire ntrip. Towels were not replaced when used\, only when all were gone.
