Radiance of the Seas

7 Night Alaska Hubbard Glacier Southbound (Seward To Vancouver)

Sail date: June 01, 2012

Ship: Radiance of the Seas

Reviewed: 12 years ago

Review summary

Pretty nice and comfortable cruise ship, which was apparently renovated recently. Food is pretty good except not enough variety to choose. No more Escargot dish like before most likely due to budget saving. Nightly shows were not as good as expected, which were reflected by the low attendance.

Pros: 4 stops and 1 Hubbard Glacier with only 1 cruising day, endless scenery and exploration!

Cons: Departure port, Seward, too far away from major city, 3-hr drive. Arrival port, Vancouver in a foreign country, is inconvenient due to Canadian and US Customs
