Review summary

Had a lovely time with our 2 sons, something we haven't done in ages. Just a shame that we experienced cutbacks with the staff

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
First night in the MDR was a disaster, was taken to our table, which wasn't available, so was made to stand in the middle of the room until one was found. Service was poor, the food choice was limited compared to previous sailings. quality was fine. The service did improve as the trip went on.

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
Didn't use any of the activities on this occasion.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Didn't go to all of the shows, but enjoyed the ones we did. Lovely theatre

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Staff were brilliant, just not enough of them.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was decked out in Christmas decorations and looked lovely. I noticed the toilets weren't as clean as previous sailings, cut backs ?

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
It was clean, tidy and beds comfortable. Cabin steward was brilliant. Forgot how small the showers are when you are 6ft 6

Ship tip

It's a lovely little ship, easy to find your way around. Lovely staff.
