Review summary

Always loved a Cunard Cruise. Cunard has Class and Elegance in a True British Way. Queen Victoria is my favourite ship in the fleet at present. The central Ballroom is fabulous. Top tip, if you don’t dance learn a few basic steps of waltz and quickstep and any other ballroom / latin dance to enjoy the ballroom experience at its best. Cunard ships of course lead by example when it comes to taking Afternoon Tea. Totally fabulous.

We’re not ballroom dancers so we took some of the classes. We were still rubbish dancers at the end but we had a lot of fun trying. And it was simply lovely watching those couples who could glide around the floor. We’ll definitely take a few lessons before our next Cunard cruise in 2020.

Afternoon tea on a cunard boat is my fav thing. Never miss a day when it's a sea day.

We are on QV next year and QE this year. Thanks for your post. We had our first Cunard cruise on QE last year and loved it. QV sounds fantastic

Hi, thanks for your post. We are on the QV in July and have done several cruises on QM2. We were slightly worried about it being smaller but sounds like all of the Cunard charm still exists. We love the afternoon tea’s also!
