Review summary

Without a shadow of a doubt this is the worst cruise ship I have been on. So disappointed about the fact that we were singled out because of our age. My partner didn't put his jacket on to enter the dining room so was turned away. However older people with no jackets were allowed in without one. You cannot treat different age groups differently. Never again would I travel with Cunard. Awful company!!

I'm all for enforcing the rules, but applying them selectively is not on. We're on this ship from Wednesday (28 June) so will observe with interest
