Review summary

This cruise exceeded our expectations. We felt in the Lap of Luxury the entire voyage. The crew is very hard working and made you feel like a valued guest at all times. There was never any "attitude" that you sometimes encounter -- except from some of the other passengers! All in all, the most relaxing vacation.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Although our late dining posting was not optimal, we found many options for dining throughout the ship at all times of day and night.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Did not see a lot of shows since we were scheduled for late dining.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
We have never seen staff so friendly and helpful. Again, they went out of their way to make us feel like valued guests.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Most impressed by the Cunard's emphasis on cleanliness which included Purell hand sanitizer prominently displayed and encouraged throoughout the ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our steward, Jerry, was simply the best and took great care of us.

Pros: ship's elegance and professional service

Cons: late dining seating
