We were in the Brittania Club. While the service was very good, the food left a lot to be desired. The biggest problem is they would take a classic dish, and mix it up with a bunch of unrelated flavors, ruining the dish.

Our waiters and cabin service were very good. But many of the staff would not yield to you, especially in the dining rooms

the ship was showing its years and lack of service. Rust was everywhere

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was small, the bathroom marginal. The door to the veranda stuck and could not be moved until Larry came in. The bathroom door squeaked. There was a serious problem with the shower.

If it is cheap, it is Ok. If not, I would pass.

Came off her last week and feel I must’ve been on a different ship than the one you’re reviewing? I thought she was stunning and service excellent! Although I agree with you to some extent about the food, it wasn’t the best. But not terrible.

Didn’t use the entertainment? Staff wouldn’t yield? OMG! You must’ve been nightmare passengers. I cruised the Epic in Aug 2018 and it was Awesome!

I agree with Philpotts. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this ship. Immaculate service,decor,entertainment, exquisit food, I think yes,maybe cruising is not for you. You will not get better!! Sorry to be so blunt but those are the facts.

I'm surprised. I was on her last June & October. I saw no rust whatsoever. I have not come across another ship that is cleaned and well looked after, in all my travels. As far as food is concerned what you may not like, others will. Looks like you need to try another brand from now on.
