The Ultimate in Relaxation

Sail Date: August 01, 2016

Reviewed: 10 months ago

Traveled As: Couple

Cabin: 8098

Never bored nor rush!  Always had an interesting activity available with plenty of free time to just relax and take a deep breath. Daily lectures, line dancing, ball room lessons, pub trivia contests, great shows, refined upscale dining and casino 24/7.  What's not to like?

Cabin / Stateroom
Verranda with a view of the life boat but center of ship so little rocking.
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Ship Quality
Very smooth voyage and extremely clean
Destinations and Excursions
Nothing like cruising into NYC. However, the captain said the night before that we would be sailing under the Verranzo Bridge at 5:45 AM. I set the alarm for 5:15AM and missed it!
Onboard Activities
Becky's line dancing was fun and great for the calories.
Service and Staff
Food and Dining
Staples such as pasta or steak would be an improvement

If you are thinking about making the crossing - just do it! We did it each way and look forward to doing it again.
