FROM PEELING PAINT ON BALCONY LOUNGE CHAIRS TO DUPLICATION OF PERFORMERS, CUNARD IS LOSING ITS APPEAL.  FIRST NIGHT THE STEAK WAS TOUGH - WAITER APOLOGIZED AND OFFERED NO SUBSTITUTE.  SECOND NIGHT FOUND LARGE PIECES OF CRAB SHELL IN APPETIZER - WAITER APOLOGIZED AND OBVIOUSLY DID NOT REPORT IT AS WE HAD NO FURTHER COMMENTS FROM ANYONE IN THE DINING ROOM.

HOWEVER, AFTERNOON TEA AND MUSICAL GROUPS WERE AS GOOD AS OTHER CRUISE LINES.
