On our several Cunard cruises, all in warm weather, the slippers were all open-toed.

I can answer my own question now, since I already disembarked both QM2 voyages. Actually, I received "closed toe" house slippers. Maybe because I was in a simple solo ocean view cabin. Don't know for sure, but my toes were toasty. I'm on MSC now and they have closed toe slippers too.👍
