This is a Cunard review not a ship review Cunard continue to be pathetic Cunard, I can’t begin to express my frustration with this company. Having failed to resolve their web portal problems for weeks. They had an opportunity to excel in customer service over the Covid19 outbreak. Instead they continue with own goals. Firstly they have issued zero communications via personal emails. You only way customers know what going on it to search for info on the web. Then when they allow you to cancel (and this took several calls, despite they had deleted several ports of call) they hang on to your money for a standard twelve days!! The result of this is many people, me included, cannot book anything else until the money is returned. Their excuse is they are busy. What a surprise!!!! Ps don’t bother trying to call them, their call centre queue is measured in 10 of minutes wait time!! Pathetic, they don’t deserve your hard earned cash. Please share far and wide to warn people. Cunard need to up their Customer Service game.Embarkation
