Queen Anne

14 Night Iceland & British Isles (Southampton Roundtrip)

Sail date: July 14, 2024

Ship: Queen Anne

Review summary

New boat yet to find its feet. Staff are inexperienced and service is slow and not up to standard. Food was mediocre also. Entertainment in the form of the shows was excellent however. Ports of call lacked any excitement and Cunard cancelled a lot of excursions throughout the trip due to weather. Entertainment through the day was setup for the elderly with items such as 'chair yoga'.

Ship tip

Consider another of the Cunard Queens. We had a lot of excitement for this new ship, but it didn't meet the standard in so many ways. My wife has travelled regularly on Cunard and was very disappointed in our trip.

Cunard is owned by Carnival. Enough said.

Yet to read a good review about this ship. Amazing how a brand like Cunard is employing such inexperienced staff.
