Review summary

Somboon Pornmukda 49 years 3 travels inside stateroom You need to improve every things expect costomers service. Your services are supper poor. Room services are not complet always miss 3-4 things in the room, floor was not clean for the second day . To many gay employees some do not know any thing when you ask about sightseeing out side the ship or the resevation for dinning at the resevation counter. I feel abuse because if I am a man he will help me more.

Jamin Garden I and my sisters, get supper poor food, no taste, food has no class at all, you satay appetizer is not recommended, fried rice was so bad. We went there again on the last night for hot pot . Only three things seved vegetable plate, beef, broth and that all. Hot pot has to have a good dipping sauce. I and my sister so hungry when we left. My other sister was happy with Sushi. I did not want to spent $10.00 (20.00 total) because I do not like Sushi. At Cagney on 13 th floor We the first table on the right wing entree took the 1and haft hours to prepare. My sister order bottle of water and the other server refill her water with regular tap water. They made mistake but never replace and still chaged her , she did not touch it. The sevice that night was unforget. This is my 3th times with Cuise travel you are unrecommended. Everyone I talk to said the same things.
