Review summary

The location and friends met was the best thing we experirenced yet. Very disappointed in staff, cleanliness and overall experience of the actual ship. Really doubt if we will use NCL again. This was also the opinion of many of the 'cruisers" we met on this trip.

did not have children but another person said that there was little or no programs for kids

Staff was not motivated, appeared lazy and did NOT keep a clean ship. Was even treated very rudely by staff members when asking for something that was out. (food area)

observed food on stairway that played there most of the day, staff spent more time mingling about than maintaining a clean environment

this is the second time in a row We booked a balcony that had some sort of obstructed view. When we pay extra for a room we expect to have the same views as others. First thing we noticed and was very disappointed when we entered the room. We could not look out balcony left or right. Was fine looking straight out. Should inform clients if its a complete balcony view or not. Also the horrible sewer smell we had daily coming out of shower vent and even in hallways.

Ship tip

Rent a car. Extremely cheaper than on board excursions and you can go to same places and experience them without being rushed.

We went on this cruise in June and did not experience any problem with staff, cleanliness, food, or entertainment. All members of our party of five want to do this cruise again.
