Review summary

We were disappointed in the service and quality of food. All 6 in our group felt the same way. Good chance that we will not take another Norwegian Cruise.

This was our 3rd Norwegian cruise, but we have done other cruises with other cruise lines. We were very disappointed on the food qquality on this cruise.

Our stateroom room steward was great, but dining staff was below standard. However, they are understaffed.

The best breakfast and lunch was at the Cadillac Diner. However, the service was extremely slow.

Cruise was a total disappointment due to foood quality and lack of good service in the dining rooms.
