Review summary

This was a great way to see Hawaii for the first time. I had read some mixed reviews on the ship before sailing, but did not find these things to be true on this cruise. The staff was all very friendly and attentive. We were in a suite and the extra amenities that go along with it were very nice. The shore excursions were well representing in the descriptions on line and overall were good. This was our first time experiencing Freestyle Dining. It was nice not being stuck or rushed to make a specific dinner time. Overall this was a great cruise.

The specialty restaurants are great. We were offered breakfast and lunch in the Lazy J (came with the suite) which was a nice surprise. Overall the quality of food was excellent.

Entertainment

Shore excursions were great. there was a good variety and they were well represented in the descriptions online. We did not go to the shows.

Every staff member we encountered was friendly and consistently went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service.

Ship Quality

The ship was very clean. There were a few areas that needed a fresh coat of paint\, and some of the furniture was a little dated\, but overall appearance is good. The size was easy to navigate and easy to get around.

Nice size. Some of the furniture was dated and needs an upgrade. Plenty of room to unpack.
