The staff are all Union members and it shows! NO MOTIVATION to provide passengers with service!

Service was very poor and the food was very average. Don't even think about going to the buffet unless you want to fight for your food and a seat.

again, not great but OK. Our cabin attendant was a nice guy but we had to constantly ask for things that he forgot.

Pros: It was Hawaii !
