Beverage package included alcohol drinks on POA?

All drinks are covered up to $15 value, if the drink is more then you will be charged for the difference. Only things not included are milkshakes at Cadillac Diner & Starbucks coffee at John Adams Coffee bar.

Why does it say “all ages” and “non-alcoholic beer” is included in the beverage package? I didn’t see an option to add alcohol, so I’m assuming that I have the premium package?
