Review summary

We have been on several cruise lines, this one was disappointing. In general it was good. Most of the staff were polite and helpful, but there were at least 4 times when the staff were rude and uninterested in being helpful. Especially the excursion desk.

The food was cold, the pizza was so hard we couldn't eat it. It took at least 1 hour or to get our meals at the dining room, including breakfast. But the Italian and French Bistro food was very good.

In general most were friendly but we did encounter 3 or 4 who were rude and uncaring about our problems.

We did Kona land & Sea, Both were great, the only thing disappointing was visiting the Kona coffee museum, it turned out to be just a gift shop

We visited the volcanoes national park, awesome. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and funny.

we thouroughly enjoyed Kauai, the tour guide was wonderful, we especially loved the luau, The plantation was beautiful and the show was fantastic. The food was good and the service was very good. The wailua river and garden was nice and the entertainment was very good.
