Haven’t left yet, doing 3 back to back cruises, but from what we’ve seen so far we’re not looking forward to it!

You nailed it on the head the ship was crap but nothing to do one tiny outdoor area by the pool and 5000 people wondering around the boat with nothing to bloody do all day trying to find a chair to sit on which was an impossibility

It was only a shambles due to a medical emergency causing the ship to arrive late. Everyone got off the ship late & everyone boarded late due to this unexpected situation. We were all notified by email about the new time change to everything. It's not the cruise line or the terminals fault. It's just one of those unfortunate delays when on holiday that can't be avoided. The lack of seating & information at the terminal wasn't pleasant but it certainly didn't detract from our time onboard. We thoroughly enjoyed the cruise. It's not our favorite ship but we would definitely sail on her again.
