Review summary

Quality of food not up to standard in any of the inclusive restaurants. Have travelled with various other cruise lines over the years and have never experienced this. Drinks prices extortionate so you're forced to buy a drinks package. Prices of excursions also extortionate. Continual very long queues at guest services too get any information. Paid for wi-fi which didn't work despite complaining. Again with relation to food, the Windjammer buffet resembled a zoo, Although staff were generally very polite they were in many cases ill trained. On the positive side, entertainment was excellent. I would never consider going on a Royal Caribbean cruise again.

Wow just come off the Ovations and I certainly had a very different experience. Have been on many cruises and I found the the food on the ovations in the restaurants was very good also same in the windjammer and I'am not easily pleased . Have just booked another cruise on this ship . Did a cruise on princess lines in November and drink packages were dearer than RC . You don't have to book excursions on board . Looking forward to taking my family on our next cruise with Royal Caribbean.

Same. Just doing a Princess cruise on the Diamond, sooooo much better than the Xmas horror on Ovation
