Because it’s not covered in the complimentary food options. It’s just like flying business class as opposed to economy, bigger seats, priority boarding, free meals and drinks. If you spend the money you get the perks.

Coastal Kitchen is a restaurant attached to the Suites Lounge and is Exclusive to Suites guests and Pinnacle Crown and Anchor members. it is like that on all RCCL ships that have Coastal Kitchen.

FYI, it's also not nearly as large as the Main Dining Room, so there are space limitations as well.
