Again, while we had a great table team, we found the food with too many funky seasonings. On gala nights they charge you extra if you want a 2nd entree. Not a fan of that. Room service at night was nice, but over 1 hour each time. Room service in the am was very good! The casino was nice but closes pretty much by midnight and there are too few servers on the floor. Having it being non-smoking was great! Our room stewards were super friendly and did a great job with the room. The room design for 4 puts a drop down bed over the king. We had the kids share the couch pullout and they did fine. Activities are pretty much done by 11pm, so too sleepy for us. The entertainment was just ok. The comedians were good. The dueling pianos ok but you really want to vary that casino area entertainment. We did not use bbkings. We did not prefer Post Modern Jukebox, but they drew a pretty big crowd. There was a teen club for our kids called the loft and they loved the councillor. The ports were all fabulous! So all in all HAL rated a 5 Star from us, but we still prefer the extended hours and action of a Carnival cruise, even if at times a bit uncivilized. In the end as we all know, a cruising vacation is what you make of it!

Let me add a few things further since my review posted without moving through the other pages. Getting on and off the ship was super easy and always appreciate that! Overall we found that the lunch buffets offered the best variety and taste in foods. The breakfast buffet closes at 10 or 10:30, too early in my opinion.
