Review summary

We were disappointed in the desk staff, as well as other things that we have mentioned below.Also, there was no phone list so that we could contact Main-tenance, Housekeeping, Room Service.

the stage shows were very good

The several staff helped with the excursion kiosk\, but the only woman on the desk did not help\, we were NOT TOLD ANYWHERE that the excursion kiosks would be turned off in the evening.

Pros: the cruise itself\, the cabin steward\,the dining room staff

Cons: the excursion \"lumberjacks\"\, the fact that we were charged WITHOUT TELLING US for the water with meals and the fact that we have no way of rewarding those WHOM WE REGULARLY CONTACT\, just this $11.50 charge per person which is too high

Recommends Oosterdam? No.
