Review summary

It was such a wonderful experience to be on the Oosterdam. Crew members we met were friendly and courteous with a smile on the face. They were eager to help and serve us in any way they could.

The food was outstanding\, especially the desserts!

Entertainment

Thought that variety and overall quality of options were good. As for the schedule\, some programs were overlapped and we were unable to attend certain programs at the same time.

Service and Staff

Crew members were always friendly and willing to help us. Specifically\, our main dining room servers were very courteous and friendly. Only wished officers were more friendly - no smiles and no initiation for conversations.

Ship Quality

The ship size is just right\, not too big and not too small. I liked the layout and the decor of public areas are interesting. Overall\, it was kept clean at all times. I saw someone's always cleaning.

Cabin / Stateroom

Toilet had a small problem but it was fixed soon enough.
