Dining and stateroom stewards could not be more wonderful. The higher-ups left much to be desired. The captain was dour and inaccessible. He turned the ship around in Tracy Arm without explanation or apology. Probably a good decision, but no acknowledgment of our disappointment. We were 2 hours late arriving in Victoria and many people's plans were thwarted. Again, no explanation or apology. Authoritarian personality? Not pleasant. Probably competent. Also, another officer was very, very rude and humiliating toward us when we were allowed by another crew member to enter our corridor during a fire drill.
