Over all we were well pleased with the whole package (travel arrangements, luggage handling, check-in, ship, crew.)

Food was not as good as we have experienced previously. Hours of food service operation was limited. and there was not a snack machine anywhere on the boat (according to the front desk). This is very important to those who have insomnia. There was nothing to eat from about midnight to about 0600. When continental breakfast was put out, customers were actively discouraged from eating until the "time". One staff informed me that the continental breakfast was "closed" when food was visible.

All were friendly and generally helpful except the previously mentioned kitchen staffer..

Cabin stewards did an outstanding job. We did have problems with the toilet stopping up and running over, one time. Time to repair was felt to be excessive.

Pros: Size of Shiop, friendliness of crew
