Boarding the Oosterdam was a breeze. We were dropped off by private vehicle and did not have to roll our suitcases one inch. When we got to our stateroom, we discovered that we had been upgraded to a balcony room from an outside room.
All of the staff that we encountered were extremely outgoing and friendly.
The boat spent plenty of time in Glacier Bay giving us ample opportunity to take lots of pictures. When we returned to Seattle we were picked up by private vehicle which also went very smoothly.
Will definitely cruise Holland America again.
