Review summary

We recently sailed on the Oosterdam to Mexico and were very pleased with the whole trip. The staff at each venue were so accommodating to us, our room stewards Agus and Hotlas were great and always cheerful calling us by name. Anything we asked for they gladly supplied. Our experience to the Pinnacle Restaurant was a memory to remember as we celebrated our 49th wedding anniversary. The service was top notch and food exceptional. Even though we saw some of the entertainment before on another cruise, it was still enjoyable. The dancers were fantastic, comedian so funny and nice to hear one who doesn't use vulgar language.

I don't recall any meal that we had in the dining room that wasn't the best. The same was on the Lido deck, food was fresh and appetizing.

The staff were always happy and in a good mood, it spills over to the people on the cruise

Was pleased to see the staff always cleaning the rails and polishing the brass.

Clean and fresh

Pros: Like being spoiled by no cooking, cleaning, bedmaking, etc.

Cons: Weather could have been hotter.....smoking in the casino

Recommends Oosterdam? Yes!
