the crew seemed well trained and good at what they do; balcony floor/windows/furniture needed cleaning; room was spacious and comfortable; service was outstanding, friendly and timely; overall an enjoyable experience.

somehow mass produced food has lost it's ability to enhance the eating experience. nothing really struck us as something we would purposely seek out to have again. Even the food at the top restaurant was mediocre-somehow this needs to be changed into a truely great eating experience and peole will be willing to pay the premium.
Service and Staff

if there is something that was done right on this ship, it's the service staff. to a person they all did an outstanding job every time. only one incident which I mentioned in our written assessment was not satisfactory. their service staff is the best asset they have.

the furniture probably could use an upgrade, but the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of room. the lighting needs improvement/brightening since we enjoy reading at night but none of the chairs/couch had sufficient light to easily accomodate reading.
