The service was fine. The ship, in my opinion was somewhat rundown and in need of improvement. ie. worn carpet, chipping paint etc.

The food on the lido deck reminded me of an inexpensive Casino buffet, one that's all you can eat for 5.99!

The only problem with staffing is them sending you from one area to another to resolve issues instead of handling it personally
