Review summary

I don't have a ton of experience with Royal Caribbean but I love the live entertainment venues on this ship. Having a suite was great with access to a lounge, a private dinning room and a private observation lounge that had a happy hour every day.... met lots of people!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
I enjoyed the coastal kitchen. Never tried the MDR. Buffet was too wierd. too many Indian dishes.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
I was impressed at all the things they did all day. From cooking competitions to belly flop contest.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Thier big show "Book" was an overhyped bizarre fest.... a poor man's Cirque Sole. I did enjoy the individual bar performers. They had so many different feature shows I was impressed. The cruise director mentioned other lines were cutting entertainment but they were adding...I think he was right.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
The waiters were shameless serving top shelf against passenger wishes.

Ship Quality

First time on this class . I loved the winding and meandering decks

Cabin / Stateroom

A Grand Suite .... that's a one bedroom with a living room. very nice with perks all over the ship.

Ship tip

Keep an eye on the waiters. They pretend not to know what "house brand" or "well brand" is. They serve Grey Goose vodka when I asked for a house vodka ...running up the built in tip.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
We disembarked 3 days early along with more than 100 others. not a great experience.
