you can and you should... no power bricks, no arrestor , no breaker... just a wired cord and make sure it has 3 outlets on the end and bring a socket multplier if you need it

No, you can’t. That is not allowed and they will hold it until the end of the cruise. I suggest you bring US, UK and EU plugs and use all available outlets in the room. :)
