Review summary

Over all it was a good vacation. Other than the rude. Staff. I ordered a towel paid for it with all my other things I ordered. Drink package. Excursions. Ect…….. wasn’t in my room kept having to ask about it. Finally the next day I was told that they didn’t have any. And would be reimbursed Still haven’t see that money Customer services. Woman standing outside the line wouldn’t let me go in told me she was helping me. If I didn’t like it I could leave.

It was good with the check in process. Lines went fast they kept everyone moving. Until you got into the room before you board So the chairs were right up everyone’s ass couldn’t move you were that close to the one next to you. Where as port canerval all the chairs were space out many seats to sit. So that part was very uncomfortable other then that once they got the rows moving you were on the ship within 10-15 min

Main dining room was excellent Food was so good unfortunately we only ate there few times On the third time a married couple sitting behind my husband but off to the side where it looked like they were next to us got into a bad fight. Yelling and swearing at each other. He was absolutely obnoxious And it just went on and on. No one came over to talk to them. Didn’t call security. Nothing. We got up and walked out. I said something and they just shrugged it off.

The aqua show was good. Cats was good. Didn’t get a chance to see any comedy shows. The love and marriage was hilarious. Headliner was aweful. Guy was out of key song didn’t even sound right. It was aweful

I don’t know how to rate this. But there were a lot of rude and disrespectful. Staff. The aqua show the woman were very rude The oasis was my first cruise. So I was excited to go back on her to much of my surprise rude staff My room attendant was excellent Most of the. Bar tenders were great. One woman made a tip remark when I signed the receipt
