Embarkation

confusing with all the lines, should have had signs for times to line up behind

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The food was AMAZING, no bad food at any of the dining spots. The "My dining time" was extremely unrealistic and again, there were lines everywhere and no direction. We were extremely, furiously mad that the soda machines ran out of non-carbonated drinks and regular water early on into the trip and we had those cool cups! Our favorite drink items were the Chai Latte's and the Johnny Rockets shakes!

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Well, due to the bad weather, we weren't able to do the rock-climbing wall, the zip line, the surfing or the Abyss. We did enjoy the hot tub!

Entertainment

FAN-DAMN-TASTIC!!!! We very much enjoyed (even though we froze) the Aqua 80 show the best! Second was the ice skating and last was Cats. We couldn't have asked for a better enjoyable experience with these!

Service and Staff

Our Cabin Stuart WEN was AMAZING, he called us by name from down the hall, opened our door when our hands were full and just made sure we had comfortable and had everything we needed daily! Our food guys Waiter AMIT and Asst ARMANDO were courteous and fast with our food, worried when I didn't finish something and brought us samples of items we didn't order.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
It was a big ship, but we managed to get around fine. The area's were very clean and had a great vibe about them, especially the Park and the Boardwalk.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The room was laid out great, could use more drawer space (like nightstands). WEN made sure the room was always neat and clean with fun towel animals. If the weather was better we would have used the balcony more. I wish the "cooler" would have been a refigerator instead.

Ports of call

Cape Liberty (Bayonne), New Jersey

4 out of 5
This is where we boarded the ship only.

Halifax, Nova Scotia

4 out of 5
It was fine. The excursion "TOP 10 BEST OF HALIFAX" was informative, too long, not enough stops to explore and we didn't count 10 places.

Saint John, New Brunswick

4 out of 5
The Port was easy to exit, harder to enter. The excursion "PINK BUS HOP ON - HOP OFF" was terrible to start, we waited over 1 hour to get on a bus (told politely to leave and come back later due to the line). It was extremely chaotic and unorganized. It was advertised as a hop on/off bus, but was delivered as a 90 minute tour. Sometimes the tour guide decided that "no one" was getting off even if someone wanted too. Back to the Port, the container village was AWESOME!

Disembarkation

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Even with given a departure time, we waited well over an hour in a slow moving line with no direction and no where to go. The only easy thing about it was paying for our parking and pulling out of the parking garage!
