Review summary

I’ve been on oasis of the seas in the past and it’s nothing like how it use to be. The ship was severely understaffed and it showed. Everything was dirty. Plates, silverware while dining. in the windjammer, even at the specialty restaurant chops! I was Given a wine glass with a lipstick stain. Wait times for everything we’re out of this world most of the time the crew just stood around looking confused because they were so overwhelmed. Bar staff especially by the pool are extremely rude. And there were never enough walking bar tenders. This was our first time booking a suite and we’ve gotten treated Worst we’ve ever have even when we’ve only had an interior stateroom. I’m disappointed by the lack of preparedness Royal displayed. There is zero leadership on oasis. Nothing ran smoothly and efficiently. From linked reservations to eat with our friends in the main dining room to CHOPS not honoring reservation times. Perfect day at coco ya was beautiful but insanely crowded you couldn’t enjoy anything there was 2 ships docked the exact same time. we could barely find seating and we got off the boat early. One ship should arrive and leave earlier than another. I was also disappointed in adventure ocean. First time trying it for my four-year-old and she told me all they did was watch movies I could leave her in my state room with her tablet if that’s the case I was promised an award-winning program that kept kids engaged. I don’t think I will ever sail oasis of the seas again

Ship tip
