Review summary

This was our fourth cruise on the Oasis of the Seas and never disappointed. One cannot get bored on the mega ships, there is always something to do. Our room was clean and well apportioned and our Stateroom Attendant took great care of us during our stay. The ship had wonderful celebrations for New Year's Eve. Love the holiday cruises. Dining in MDR did not disappoint either. The newly redesigned menu truly has something for everyone. Our Waiter and Assistant waiter were friendly and attentive. Everything was served hot and tasty. Surprisingly, our luggage tag was called an hour earlier than promised, so we were able to disembark easily.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We had great service in the MDR. They changed up the menus since our last cruise, many more selections. For New Year's Eve, they had a special menu, complete with hats and noisemakers. On New Year's Day, they served a holiday brunch buffet in the MDR, which was wonderful.

Onboard Activities

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Attended the Ice Show (always my favorite), the Aqua show was also very good, Headliner was funny and entertaining. New Year's Eve was like a First Night celebration with different entertainment in multiple venues throughout, finishing with entertainment and balloon drop on the Promenade.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Everyone we encountered from the MDR Staff, our stateroom attendant and Guest Services were friendly and efficient. They really made the cruise!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Areas were very busy, yet the areas were kept clean. Constantly saw people cleaning throughout.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Cabin was clean and comfortable. Our Stateroom Attendant kept the room and balcony spotless during our stay. You never seem to have enough room, but we did.

Ship tip

Try to get a room near rear elevator bank.
