We are quiet cruisers, who like to relax, it the lounges, and play games we bring or read. We were always able to find a quiet spot and an open bar, although none with outside views. :(
Embarkation

Well organized. Separate line for wheelchairs, but only one lowered counter. However, at least you are not struggling through narrow roped lines with awkward turns. They gave you a nice straight very wide line.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Not impressed with food, especially in the main dining room and it seems like they have increased the number of tables assigned to servers, so service is definitely less than in years past on this cruise line. However, this ship does my time ding better than any other I’ve been on. They have a proper waiting area after you check in at your time, and the dining room is much easier to navigate on a wheelchair than most.
The experience in specialty restaurants was better. The quality of the food is definitely better and ratio of servers seems to be better so service is better.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
The cruise director on this ship was not as fun and entertaining as they usually are. Variety of activities is very good on this ship. Certainly lots to do if you are sports oriented and active. Many quizzes and games for the more casual cruiser.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Overall, I was very impressed. Staff were pleasant and worked very hard. I think too much is expected of main dining room staff. They had to constantly run to get their jobs done and had no chance to connect with passengers.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
For the most part a lovely, clean ship.
I’m not keen on the design of the ship that means that there are no lounges or other public spaces, except the buffet dining room, that has outside windows. If you can’t take the summer heat in the Caribbean, to go to the pool decks, then you will never see the water!
I had a major complaint with the fact that they put wheelchair accessible cabins (on the 6th deck) halfway down the hallway, rather than near the elevator as they usually are. The hall is so narrow that a wheelchair cannot pass with the cabin stewards cart. (My husband bent back his controller trying on the first day). This meant that every time we went to or left the cabin when the steward was working (which was most of the time we were coming and going), we had to find the steward who hard to mover 2 carts into cut ins or into cabins so we could get by. It was frustrating, and costly (We need to repair his chair).
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
This is a handicap accessible cabin. There was plenty of space for my husbands power recliner (he sleeps on-rented from special needs at sea), and for him to turn around in his wheelchair. We had to have a lounge chair removed from the balcony that blocked the door onto the balcony for the wheelchair, but once that was done, we could get out fine. The bathroom was ok, not great space but he managed in the chair. As always he did not like the shower, only one grab bar and a very small seat, made him feel insecure.

Check out the specialty dining rooms - they are worth it!
