Review summary

It was our first cruise. We were surprised how well 5000 passengers fit onto such a big ship. Not crowded at all. It felt like being in a little town. Lots of stuff to do or you can also take it easy and stay in your nice cabin. We choose a cabin with balcony what was worth every penny. The air condition was perfect, you can set the temperature yourself and it's running silent. Also is the cabin extremely well insulated against noise. There is nothikng you hear from neighbors next to you or above. Very well organized going on or off the ship. Fast and easy. Unbelievable how fast the suitcases were handled. We are now hooked to do cruises!

Too much of the same kind of food. The variety of cheese was zero in the Windjammer. Dinner in the Silk was excellent!

Awesome Ice Show and Aqua Show, also Fly with me was super interesting. The comedy shows were too funny.

Service and Staff

Excellent. Remembered everyone's name and their preferences. Treated us super friendly and extremely attentive. Always extremeky curtous and asked about our day or plans for next days. Min Yao and Lieu Yao (Holiday) 110 % service !!! Roberto asked also several times how things. Two other servers/ young me from Turkey gave us little souvenirs/ clip on talisman to member the trip

Cabin / Stateroom

Clean, quiere, super comfy matress, comfy cooling sheets. Extremely attentive state room attendant Rosendo did a fantastic job. Our room was quickly made and every day super clean and fresh. Awesome!
