Cozumel is on the same time as ship time until March 12

To piggyback on lisajane22's comment, the island runs on island time as well. There is zero sense of urgency or rush.

When you are on a cruise, you always go by ship time, never Island time. We booked excursions with them and didn't have any problems.

Our first cruise with RC in 2006 we had an excursion booked through them for Grand Cayman. We did not get to port there due to the weather. Our refund was done with in 30 minutes

what excursions did you have a problem with? my wife and kids booked horseback riding and I booked 4 wheel quading.
