Q: Sailing on July 8th on the Oasis of the sea. I just saw on the website that you can reserve a Casita. Does anyone know if the price is per Casita or per person using the casita.

Q: Sailing on the Oasis of the seas on July 8. Is it worth it to purchase the Key? I have already purchased vroom for 2 devices which I would cancel.

A: The only time we found the Key to be worth it was on a short 3 day sailing… beside the internet access most of the benefits are on your first and last day so paying $20+ for the other days didn’t make sense to us. Just our experience tho 😉
Answered by livlifenoregret on April 13, 2022
A: Read the benefits very carefully. Be sure they are benefits you would utilize. Lunch at Chops doesn’t cost enough to make buying the Key worth it. Priority boarding might be a good benefit if you’re still low on the Crown and Anchor list. If you... still want it, watch for sales. The lowest price I’ve seen for the Key has been.$19.99pp per day. You can cancel if you bought higher and reserve at the lower price.See More

A: We were just on Oasis. Key is really worth it. Early boarding ( we were scheduled for 1:30 boarding and key meant we boarded at 11:00. Then you proceed to a designated level of one of the main dining rooms for luncheon catered by Chops. Steak for lun... ch. Yes please. If you want they will keep your carry on bags and deliver them to your stateroom once they are open. Other benefits are key only times at certain attractions. Then on disembarkation day, an ala carte breakfast is served with a great menu. Since we always get the internet anyway, it is not that much more $ and we think worth it. We buy it for all our cruises.See More

A: It should be available in your cruise planner months ahead of sailing. Royal's been doing some messed up updates to their website so back in the fall they "lost" our daily MTD reservations we had done 6 months prior for a Nov cruise and had to redo t... hem all about 50 days from sailing.See More

Answered by royalcruisers on February 26, 2022

A: Also check the price of the Key. It looks expensive, but when you compare the price of just WiFi… it may be well worth the few extra bucks.
Answered by Matt474 on February 27, 2022
A: We get The Key on every cruise. The price changes constantly. Like another reviewer said, it looks expensive but you get other perks also. Compare it to the plan you're looking at buying and see what makes the most sense.

Q: Anyone traveling with children that are too young to be vaccinated. How far in advance did you get the email to schedule the pre boarding test at the port? We are 18 days from sailing and still haven’t received the email to schedule. Nobody at RC seems to know when it will be sent. It states the link will be emailed.
