Your question is, Is it worth it to go to Universal Studios while your in Port Canaveral on the Oasis.. correct? The answer is absolitely NOT worth it at that time. Its an hr drive each way, and the ship is not in port long enough to give you the time needed to do everything at even one Universal park. Its best to go to Kennedy Space Center, or Cocoa Beach, or parasail, or airboat tour... Come down to FL for a week to enjoy the theme parks and other entertainment.

Absolutely! Even more so if you enjoy rides (especially roller coasters and thrill rides) or Harry Potter. Not everyone may agree, but I prefer Universal Studios over Disney World if I had to only pick one!.. There are 2 theme parks here (Universal Studios and Islands of Adventures) and if you have time I would highly recommend doing both! If you can, I would allocate 2-3 days to experience both theme parks properly ☺️ and if you’re hoping to experience the Hogwarts Express, you will require a park hopper ticket.

I did this before and can say it depends. I didn't regret going to universal while in port but I wouldn't do it again, especially on a huge ship. I rented a car which made it much faster. I went on enough rides to be satisfied and overall had a good time. If you can afford it, get the express pass. It will be a fast day with no down time but if you really want to do it and can afford to do it right I say go for it!
