$3000 is pretty standard for OTW, the Beach Club cabanas usually go for around $2000

What I’m seeing in planner right now for next august: 3500 for floating cabana, 2000 for beach clubs cabana, 1100 for all the other cabanas.

over the water cabana you mean floating cabana? we paid 1800 dollar for it but you can have to 8 people in it that includes pass to the Coco club, it was worth it to us, very private feel and we had alot of fun, other land cabana is between 400 to 800 dollars. depends on how soon you book it. those I feel is not as worth it because really there ain't much privacy
