I usually have some leftover things in my carry on from the flight and it's been fine. But why would you need them? There is plenty to eat!

I have a group cruise twice a year..that being said I make each person a little snack bag of goodies. Little munchies for their room. So the answer would be yes.

Yes, just be advised you cannot take snacks off the ship in some ports.
