We feel priceline made a mistake when we upgraded our rooms. We noticed the price of the cruise went down 400 a couple weeks before so we called priceline and they said they would upgrade our room to a balcony however when we got there we simply had a room with a port hole looking out to the deck. Priceline billed us an additional 130 for basically the same room with a port hole and we called after the cruise and they did not refund our money we were mislead and you handled it wrong so we looked to other booking agencies in the future.
