I have never been on a worse cruise ship. We never received are travel documents till two days before we left. When we did receive them we only received half of what we needed. Never made it to one island because of a medical emergency, but the cruise line did not offer any reimbursement. No casino due to Hawaii laws, but failed to mention that that on any of the booking info and only mentioned it to guests on the second day of the cruise. Average age was around 70, so if you are over the age of 65 this is not the cruise for you. Once we finished the cruise all guests who booked their flights with the cruise line had issues at the airport with the fact they were never issued an e-ticket number.
