The staff was nice but no matter what we did we could not get rid of urine smell.

Where there are no other reviews, no cruise listed, etc, I question how valid this review actually is, especially how vague. Couldn't get rid of urine smell where, your bathroom, stateroom, poolside, where? Did you let your steward or the service desk now so they could investigate/fix this? I am curious to know what ranked this so low across the board for you.
